You know, it seems like every one of these “end of publishing” articles has a couple of nuggets in it. Like Englehart’s noticing that the book is a much less easily consumed object that most forms of mass media. (There’s probably some corollary thinking to be done about how making a book more easily consumable makes it more commercial, but I’m trying not be cynical today.).
